Financial Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to our verification processes and may be subject to fees. You agree to provide accurate banking information and authorize us to process transactions on your behalf. All transactions are final once processed.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The information on this platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felicity Capital excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitations

In no event shall Felicity Capital or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if Felicity Capital or a Felicity Capital authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Revisions

The materials appearing on Felicity Capital's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Felicity Capital does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. Felicity Capital may make changes to the materials contained on its platform at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
